Roast Brussel Sprouts

Ingredient

1 lbs brussel sprouts (about 4 per person)
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
Salt & Pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stem and remove outer leaves from sprouts. Cut them in half or quarters if some are larger than others.
  3. In a large bowl, toss sprouts with 2 Tbsp of oil and Salt & Pepper.
  4. Transfer to a roasting sheet and cook for 20 minutes, turning once or twice.
  5. Remove from oven. Transfer back to the bowl. Toss with remaining oil, vinegar and syrup. Add additional Salt & Pepper to taste.

Many people think they don’t like brussel sprouts. Everyone seems to love this recipe!
