Ingredient

1 cup couscous
1 cup vegetable broth or water
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Steps
  1. Heat broth in the microwave until hot or water water.
  2. Add couscous, oil, and water to a large bowl. Mix with a fork.
  3. Season to taste with Salt & Pepper. Mix again.
  4. Let rest for 7 minutes.
  5. Stir with fork breaking up any clumps.
  6. Serve and enjoy
