Ingredient

16 ounces sour cream
16 ounces refried beans
2 Tbsp Mexican seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup guacamole
1 cup tomatoes
½ cup green onions
½ cup black olives
¼ cup fresh cilantro
1 bag tortilla chips

Steps
  1. Dice tomatoes, not too fine but small enough for multiple pieces per chip.
  2. Slice green onion and olives.
  3. Shred cheese and dice cilantro.
  4. Thoroughly mix Mexican seasoning into sour cream.
  5. In a large, preferably glass dip bowl spread refried beans in an even layer.
  6. Add the guacamole layer followed by the sour cream mixture layer. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Add tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and finally top with olives.
  8. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!

You you need to save some time, buy ready made guacamole and pre-shredded cheese.
