Ingredient
1 cup couscous
1 cup vegetable broth or water
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Steps
Heat broth in the microwave until hot or water water.
Add couscous, oil, and water to a large bowl. Mix with a fork.
Season to taste with Salt & Pepper. Mix again.
Let rest for 7 minutes.
Stir with fork breaking up any clumps.
Serve and enjoy
