Baked Potato Wedges

  • Serves: 6 adults
  • Prep. Time: 10 min.
  • Cook Time: 35 min.
  • Total Time: 45 min.

Ingredient

4 large rustic potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Scrub potatoes under cold water until clean.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into 4 wedges.
  3. If you have the time, soak potatoes in large bowl with cold water for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. Remove potatoes from water and pat them dry with paper towel.
  6. Add potatoes to a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in a single layer if possible.
  8. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and flip the potatoes. Return to the oven and cook for another 15 minutes or until golden brown on all edges.
  9. Season with additional salt, garlic, and pepper to taste.
