1 medium red onion
2 bartlett pears
2 plums
3 apples
½ dried cranberries
½ dried apricots (or other dried fruit)
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp fresh rosemary
1 cup white wine
½ loaf of fruit and nut bread
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp olive oil
